A slice of paradise. In October 2025, we visited Aeolos Beach Resort in Corfu for the second time and it did not disappoint. The moment you step onto the terrace of Aeolos Beach Resort, the Ionian Sea hits you with a view so good it feels unreal. Shades of turquoise stretch endlessly, framed by rolling hills and sailboats drifting like something out of a painting. We visited right at the end of the season however although the hotel was closing the day after we left, the service was as though it was the height of summer.
Rooms
The rooms at Aeolos hit the perfect sweet spot: modern enough to feel fresh and comfortable, yet still very Corfu. Think bright, breezy spaces with splashes of blue, private balconies with sea or garden views, and those small thoughtful touches that make the difference—like waking up to the sea views. If you can, go for a sea-view room. Honestly, it feels like waking up in a screensaver. There are rooms available in the main hotel building and also outer buildings including bungalows.
Dining
All-inclusive can be hit or miss at any resort—except here. Aeolos Beach Resort takes food seriously.
From fresh Greek salads, grilled seafood, creamy tzatziki, homemade pastries, and the island’s famous kumquat desserts, everything tastes like it was prepared by someone’s Greek grandmother. As well as a buffet restaurant, there are also 2 A La Carte dining options which are amazing.
Pro tip: Grab a table outdoors at the main restaurant. Eating traditional Greek dishes while staring out over the glittering sea is an amazing experience. Just watch out for those Greek wasps!
Beach
Tucked beneath the resort lies a quiet, private-feeling beach accessed by a short walk or a scenic lift in a buggy. The water is clear enough to see your toes wiggle, with soft waves and plenty of space to sunbathe or float your worries away. If you're lucky, you may even have some fish swimming around you as you float around.
Pools
If the beach isn’t calling, the infinity pools absolutely will. Overlooking the sea, it’s the kind of place where you lose track of time—especially with one of the resort’s signature cocktails in hand. There’s also a quieter adults-only pool if you want to unwind in peace or read your book without interruption.
Entertainment
Feeling energetic? There’s tennis, yoga, water sports, and evening entertainment. Fram provides the entertainment at the hotel and each and every member of the team is incredible and you can tell they really enjoy what they do.
Feeling lazy? Sun loungers, spa treatments and soft sea breezes are ready to enable all your relaxation goals.
Would we stay here again? 100%. The value for money is incredible, it's great for couples, families or groups of friends and there's something for everyone.
